Compass is a school management platform that we utilise here at Birmingham Primary School. It offers a variety of features and serves as an effective communication tool used by many schools.

Logging Into Compass

Compass is a web-based system that can be accessed through any modern web browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. Additionally, it can be accessed through the Compass iOS or Android app, which we highly recommend our families to download.

Upon starting at Birmingham Primary School, each family will receive a separate login to Compass. This login information will be provided to you. Regularly logging in to Compass will help keep you well-informed about the activities and events at Birmingham, including information specific to your child.

Parent Portal

The Compass Parent Portal allows you to:

View your child’s Student Progress and Semester Reports
Schedule Parent/Student/Teacher conferences
Access up-to-date class and school attendance information
Approve or record upcoming or past absences for your child
Download, print, and provide consent for upcoming excursions
Make payments for school charges and contributions
Update your registered email and mobile number (used for SMS alerts)
Access information about upcoming events and news
